To start the year, our Pastry Chef Léandre Vivier has created a King Cake with notes of pecan and maple syrup.

The King Cake, the second creation in the “Winter Blooms” collection, features several delicately crafted croissant dough flowers on top, encasing a heart of pecan, almond, maple syrup, and the beloved frangipane. This combination promises a decadent and nostalgic tasting experience, where the crispness of the croissant dough harmonizes with the creamy sweetness of the frangipane, the crunch of pecans, and the warm, comforting aromas of maple syrup. Each bite offers a delightful blend of textures and flavors, from the airy flakiness to the sweet, melt-in-your-mouth richness.

From Thursday to Sunday, from 3pm to 6pm, our Pastry Chef Léandre Vivier takes you on a journey through his signature afternoon tea, combining his two passions: travel and pastry.
