Gastronomy with a Cause: Unique Creations
In the culinary realm, the chefs at Le Burgundy are mobilizing to support Pink October. Pastry Chef Léandre Vivier has crafted a delicious peach and rose tart, available for 15 euros on-site or 10 euros to-go, with 25% of the proceeds going to Ruban Rose. At The Charles, the hotel bar, a mocktail named "Fleur de Fraise," made with clarified strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and rose petals, will be offered at 16 euros, with 25% of the sales also being donated. Finally, at the Le Baudelaire restaurant, Chef Anthony Denon presents a four-course menu for 135 euros, featuring seasonal ingredients such as squash blossoms and grilled John Dory fish. Twenty percent of the proceeds from this menu will be donated to the association.
Wellness and Stays: A Commitment to Solidarity
The Spa at Le Burgundy is offering a revitalizing 45-minute facial treatment for 155 euros, with 20% of the proceeds being donated to Pink October. This treatment, a true vitamin boost, helps prepare the skin for winter while contributing to the cause. Additionally, an "October Rose" package is available for stays, including a room or suite with a gourmet welcome featuring rose macarons and a strawberry drink. Fifteen percent of the package’s profits will be donated to Ruban Rose.
